Mysterious stories - A selection from the Braun Collection
From December 10, an exciting exhibition opened in the UP Gallery, on the 3rd floor of the UP Rendezvénytér. In the 20-year-old Braun Collection, there are hundreds of works that were included in the collection through auction purchases, appanage, or in exchange for staying at the Törek art center. In recent years, the collection, which has been sleeping like a sleeping beauty, was again presented to the general public and pieces were exhibited that carry some kind of mysterious message.

The Braun Collection was formed through the patronage of Sándor Barna, primarily from the works of artists participating in the Törek Art Academy. A series of exhibitions organized on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the start of the collection presented a selection from the collection at various locations. The third station in Óbuda presented geometrically or constructively inspired works, which can also be interpreted narratively.
